Delivery Policy

We will ensure same day delivery if item is ordered by 1pm (Sydney, Australia time, Monday to Friday). If urgent deliveries are required, please call us on +61 2 9550 3100. We might be able just to squeeze in that one more delivery. If your order arrives on our system after 1pm, we might have to complete the delivery the next day.

For Saturday deliveries please order by 11am for same day delivery, if urgent please call us.

Sunday deliveries are quite hard for us as there are no drivers available. However if you would like a Sunday delivery please call or email us to organise. We might be able to get a driver in so the flowers can be delivered! Otherwise if an order is placed for Sunday delivery it will be sent on the next business day.

If an incorrect address is given we will contact you for a second delivery charge as it will incur a charge to return back to the store and re-delivery to the correct address.

If nobody is at home at time of delivery, our courier drivers will attempt to safely place the item away from street view to ensure safety of the item. Otherwise it will need to be returned to our store.

We will try to ensure the delivery is kept a surprise, however we might need to contact the recipient to arrange a time of delivery as most of the time the gifts are not safe to leave at the front door.

Returns Policy

If your product was damaged when you received it, we will re-send the item free of charge. You will need to return the damaged product to our store for assessment. If you wish to cancel an online order, please contact one of our staff members on +61 2 9550 3100. Please contact us 24 hours before the delivery date.

Terms & Conditions

All flowers, plants and containers are subject to availability and may be substituted. We will make sure it will be made to the same value.

Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.

The Flower Room shall not be liable for any damage or injury which may arise for the use of or reliance upon any information provided in this website. The Flower Room assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damage or injury to you, your computer or other personal property including but not limited to damages caused by viruses that infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to our website or from you downloading of any materials, data, text, images or video, or other items from this website.

The Flower Room hereby authorises you to copy materials published on this website for your non-commercial private use only, provided any copy of these materials which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices and disclaimers contained herein.

The Flower Room will keep your personal information private and secure. At no time will we sell, share or in any other way disseminate any part of the details you supplied. When you submit your details or make a purchase from our site, you provide, as applicable, your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your requests or orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalise your shopping experience.

Our online store secure server protects any information you enter using advanced encryption and firewall technology. Your personal information cannot be read as it travels through our ordering system. In order to improve our services to you, we may ask some of our customers to voluntarily complete surveys. Survey answers are confidential and your contact details are not sent with any replies. If you do not wish to participate in a survey, simply decline to participate when asked.
